# App para repartidores

Le ayudará a sus repartidores a gestionar eficientemente las entregas con toda la información que necesitan.

Descargue la app en el smartphone del repartidor. Descargue para [iOS](https://apps.apple.com/py/app/encom-app/id6747508414) o la app para [Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=py.com.encom).

Una vez descargada, un usuario con permisos de Administrador principal (Rol Jefe) deberá ingresar sus credenciales para habilitar la cuenta de la empresa en ese dispositivo.

Luego aparecerá la pantalla donde el repartidor deberá ingresar su código (lockpass)

Al acceder podrá ver su menú personal, en la opción **Pedidos** podrá acceder al listado de pedidos asignados a este repartidor.

Solo aparecerán en el listado todos los pedidos que tengan la etiqueta **Delivery** y tengan asignado el estado **Enviado**

Al ingresar a un pedido del listado, el repartidor podrá ver el mapa con la dirección de entrega, información del cliente, un botón para iniciar el recorrido hasta la ubicación del cliente, un botón para llamar y otro para escribir por WhatsApp.

Por último al final hay un botón que dice **ENTREGADO**, deberá presionar este botón una vez que el pedido haya sido entregado al cliente.
