# Crear una nueva orden

El proceso para crear una orden es idéntico al que se hace para una venta. Seleccione los productos y/o servicios, añada un cliente (opcional) pero en lugar de dar click en el botón azul de **Pagar**, debe ir al **menú de opciones** y presionar en **Orden** o también puede presionar la tecla `O` (si está usando el sistema en el explorador) para entrar al modo **Orden.**

Una vez hecho estos pasos verá que el botón de cobrar cambia al color verde. Esto indica que la transacción que procese será una orden y no una venta.

Presione el botón para generar la orden y verá una pantalla verde con el texto **Orden Generada** puede imprimir la orden (opcional).

## **Delivery o Pickup**

Si esta orden va a ser enviada por delivery a la ubicación del cliente añadida en el [perfil de direcciones del cliente](https://docs.encom.com.py/caja-registradora/clientes/direcciones) puede ingresar al menú de opciones (tecla `E`) y seleccione **Etiquetas.**

Active la opción **Delivery** para envíos, si el cliente va a pasar a retirar el pedido active la opción **Pickup.**
