# Duplicar una transacción

Para poder **duplicar una transacción** debe ingresar a la [caja registradora](https://app.encom.com.py) desde una PC/Mac o desde su dispositivo móvil utilizando las aplicaciones para Android y iOS.

Vaya al menú principal > Transacciones > Selecciona la transacción que desea anular > y luego en el botón **Duplicar.**

Automáticamente replicará todo el contenido de la transacción anterior a la venta en progreso.
